I recently started a Pulmonary Rehabilitation class and I was only able to attend 4 classes when I had a flare up. Before I got sick I was breathing better and walking longer. The few exercises I learned and faithfully did everyday was working for me, I found out that I am mostly a diaphragm breather but purse lip breathe when I am in motion works better. I have added more movement to my daily exercise routine with weights (1 lbs) as I never went back to the class. I haven't felt this well ln years I am sure it's my entire maintenance plan (the inhalers and other meds) ALONG with exercise that is working for me but I will not forget or deny to thank God for His help
